The Sutton Companies brokered the following lease transactions totaling 60,200 s/f: * Syracuse Morrisville College's Syracuse Educational Occupation Center (EOC) renewed their existing classroom and administrative space lease at 100 New St. and expanded to include 9,200 s/f of program space. EOC extended the lease of 47,000 s/f for a five -year term. Louis Fournier, III, president of Sutton represented the landlord and Kimani Smith from Pyramid Brokerage represented the tenant. * Envisage leased 4,000 s/f of space at Jefferson Tower, part of the Presidential Plaza complex. In addition to Envisage, the Communication Workers of America Union offices expanded and extended their lease at Jefferson Tower. The union now occupies 1,600 s/f of space. Sandy Martin from Sutton brokered both transactions. * CNY Medical Practices Group, PLLC leased 4,800 s/f of space at 600 East Genesee St. for a five-year term. Fournier and Martin brokered the transaction. * Upstate Medical University's Department of Emergency Medicine leased 2,800 s/f of space at 550 East Genesee St. for additional administrative offices. Fournier brokered the transaction.
