Moskvina joins Ruskin Moscou Faltischek

According to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., Natasha Moskvina Esq. has joined the firm as their newest associate and member of the firms' litigation group.
Moskvina's practice focuses on commercial litigation often involving insurance, intellectual property and health care issues. More particularly, she represents clients in antitrust class action suits.
Before joining the firm, Moskvina worked as an associate in the antitrust law department at Darrois Villey Maillot & Brochier in Paris,France. In that capacity, she represented American, European and Asian clients before the French and European Competition Authorities in connection with multi-billion merger control applications and anticompetitive conduct investigations. Working in English, French and Russian, Moskvina guided clients in various industries - luxury goods, air transport, banking, media, consumer products, consumer retail, pharmaceutical distribution, pharmaceutical manufacturing and hospitals - past the regulatory roadblocks to help them achieve their transactional and business objectives. In 2005, Moskvina was awarded a Fulbright European Union Professional Research Grant, pursuant to which she analyzed the regulation of bio-medical products in Europe and the United States.
