Ross joins GFI Capital

Fifteen year industry veteran Robert Ross joined GFI Capital Resources Group as chief technology officer. In his new role, Ross will spearhead all aspects of information technology and systems infrastructure to support GFI's growing business. He will also work with the company's management team to align technology strategies with business goals. "Robert brings a wealth technical experience in the real estate industry to GFI," said Jennifer McLean, chief financial officer at GFI. "His successful track record of leading, innovating and implementing technology solutions will help support growth across all of our divisions. We are confident that he will become an integral part of our team." Prior to joining GFI, Robert served as Director of Information Technology with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he was responsible for nationwide support networks, vendor relations, personnel management, and process re-engineering. He also oversaw the company's network and infrastructure support team. During his tenure, Robert successfully reduced the company's operational expenses by an impressive 36 percent.
