The 2013 Brooklyn Real Estate Summit hosts TerraCRG, The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and aptsandlofts.com announced the latest group of industry-leading speakers confirmed for the full-day conference scheduled for Thursday, May 9th at The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). The must-attend event will include a distinguished group of panelists who serve as leaders in Brooklyn's residential, commercial, retail, development and cultural landscapes. Stein and Vacker of Meringoff Properties signs 252,000 s/f lease renewal for Vitech Corporation New York, NY In a major lease for Midtown South that coincides with the launch of Meringoff Properties' leasing campaign at 401 Park Ave. South, Vitech Corporation has renewed and extended its global headquarters lease at the 252,000 s/f office building. A worldwide provider of systems engineering and architecture software solutions, Vitech signed a 10-year, 42,200 s/f lease on two floors at the 12-story property, strategically located on Park Ave. South at the southeast corner of East 28th St. "We are thrilled to be able to retain a quality tenant like Vitech at 401 PAS," said Stephen Meringoff, principal, who explained that Vitech renewed its lease with ownership and extended its tenancy on both floors on a direct basis for another decade.
