Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for 241 Bleecker St., located just off of Sixth Avenue in the West Village. This space contains 1,530 s/f with ceilings 12' high. It benefits from 17' of frontage in a high foot traffic area with both a large resident and tourist population. The site will be occupied by a European art gallery called Carré d'Artistes, which is opening their first American location. The site is located along a constantly improving stretch of Bleecker St., near NYU's two million s/f expansion. Neighboring tenants on this stretch of Bleecker Street include the renowned Murray's Cheese, 16 Handles, L'Occitane, Joe's Pizza, Faicco's Italian Specialties, and the gelato shop Grom.
