Goldschmidt & Associates brokers, four sales totaling $6.2 million; Goldschmidt represents the seller in $3 million sale

Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates has brokered the sale of four Westchester County properties totaling $6.2 million.
The former 5,500 s/f Spiga Restaurant at 718 Central Park Avenue has sold for $3 million. The new occupant will be Ben's Restaurant & Kosher Deli. Occupancy is expected in early summer 2013. Robert Dalton of RMD Realty Associates represented Ben's. Goldschmidt represented the sellers.
Garry Klein, associate broker at Goldschmidt & Associates brokered the sale of 168 Saw Mill River Road, Hawthorne. The 15,000 s/f building was purchased by an electrical contracting company for $1.6 million and is slated to undergo building-wide improvements. The buyer was represented by Douglas Servello of Houlihan Lawrence.
Gene Pep'e Jr. represented Ganesh Real Estate Venture, LLC, purchaser of the office building at 475 Ashford Avenue, Ardsley. Harry Delany and Steve Rock of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. 475 Ashford sold for $500,000.
Goldschmidt also represented an affiliate of Castle Bay Management Services LLC, which purchased the 16,000 s/f mixed-use building at 15 River St., New Rochelle for $1.1 million. Representing the seller were Frank Rao and Michael Rao of NYC Realty of Harrison. The buyer will occupy part of the building and continue to lease space to the current occupants.
