Rosewood Realty Group closes $20.625 million in three multifamily deals; Jungreis secures two deals totaling $17 million

Rosewood Realty Group arranges the following sales closed in February and March of this year: * An $11 million sale of 1834 Caton Ave. in Brooklyn's Prospect Park South neighborhood. The six-story elevator apartment building features 83 apartments. The 93,378 s/f building was built in 1926 and sold for 11.1 times the rent roll. Aaron Jungreis, founder and president of Rosewood represented the seller, 1834 Realty LLC and the buyer, a family investor. * A $ 6 million sale of three contiguous apartment buildings features 59 apartments at 1925 Glenwood Rd., 1192,1198,1204 Ocean Ave., in Midwood. The 57,600 s/f property sold for 9.5 times the rent roll. The four-story buildings were built in 1917. Jungreis represented the seller, 1925 Realty LLC and the buyer, a family of investors. * A $3.625 million sale of 386 Manhattan Ave. in Manhattanville. The five-story, 10,005 s/f walk-up apartment building built in 1900, features 20 apartments and sold for 11.5 times the rent roll. Rosewood's Samuel Kooris and Michael Kerwin represented the seller, 386 Realty LLC and Rosewood's Ryan Perkoski represented the buyer, 1031 investor. The building features four studio apartments and sixteen one bedrooms.
