Savanna arranged the following lease at 80 Broad St.: * Euro Pacific Capital, Inc., signed a lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying 4,870 s/f of rentable space on a portion of the 32nd floor for an eight-year term. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Michael Elkin of Interactive Props. Corp. represented the tenant.
