Bronfman of Jamestown Properties speaks at Real Estate Lenders Association event

Accordign to the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), Matt Bronfman, CEO of Jamestown Properties, addressed the association's monthly breakfast meeting on February 12 at the Yale Club.
100 RELA members and guests gathered to hear Bronfman share his insights and expertise regarding current trends in the real estate industry. Highlights from his speech included a history of Jamestown Properties and a discussion of several of the company's high-profile holdings including Chelsea Market, 1 Times Square and Milk Studios, among others.
Bronfman joined Jamestown Properties in 1998 as General Counsel in the company's Acquisitions and Management departments. Within four years, he advanced to the role of President and was named Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, Bronfman's impressive performance record led to his appointment as CEO, a position that he fulfills while simultaneously serving as the company's President. Under Mr. Bronfman's leadership, Jamestown Properties has acquired more than $8 billion worth of high quality real estate in the nation's strongest urban markets.
