According to Murray Hill Properties (MHP), Marc Miller has joined the firm as an executive managing director. Prior to joining MHP, Miller was a managing director with Studley for 12 years. Miller is an industry veteran with 30 years of transactional tenant representation experience. He brings a personalized service to his clients with an emphasis on integrity and diligence. Capitalizing on his experience and market knowledge, Marc has helped his clients locate efficient and affordable space for relocation, acted as exclusive sublease agent, and negotiated lease renewals and expansions in well over 150 buildings, including numerous Class "A" and trophy properties. His relationships are a source of pride as many of the clients and senior executives with whom he has worked refer him to their friends and colleagues to discuss occupancy issues or transactional services. Miller has successfully completed hundreds of transactions of all sizes with foreign and domestic companies, both public and private. A few highlighted transactions include placing Compaq/HP in 50,000 s/f. Miller placed Arnold & Porter in 69,000 s/f, American Foundation for the Blind in 45,000 s/f, Lectra USA in 19,000 s/f and Itochu International in 120,000 s/f. Miller played an integral part in new business development and client service during his tenure. His team of top producers successfully represented an international roster of clients who benefited from their negotiating expertise and market knowledge. Subsequently, Miller launched his own firm, Miller & Partners in 2000 and was the Founding Principal until Winoker Realty purchased the firm in 2008. Miller received his BA from Queens College of the City University of New York in Accounting/Information Systems, and Economics and is associated with Real Estate Board of New York; UJA Federation, real estate executive's division - past chairman Masonic Lodge, Yorktown Heights #1154.
