Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed the following transactions: Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, LLC and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate Services brokered a ten-year lease between Farmington Farm & Garden, Inc. dba Country Max and National Retail Center, L.P. & GBR Lakeville, LLC. The 17,600 s/f store is located at Geneseo Town Plaza, Lakeville Rd. Brownell and Feinman brokered the sale of property located at 418 NYS Route 3, Plattsburgh, between Hada Plattsburgh, LLC and David White. The sale price was $600,000. Steven Lerner, of Vanguard-Fine, and John MaCaffer of CBRE brokered the sale of property located at 2303 Nott St., Niskayuna (previous Friendly's Ice Cream) between IMCC ST James, LLC and Orchard Park Estates. Brownell and Feinman brokered a ten-year lease between Albany Meat Farm Corp., dba NSA America's Food Basket and Ruthen Limited. The19,000 s/f store is located at Mid City Shopping Center, Menands. Brownell and Feinman brokered a five-year lease between Apnea Care, Inc and Safe Storage, Inc. The 1,200 s/f facility is located at 59 Oliver St., Cohoes. Lerner, Brownell and Feinman brokered a seven-year lease between Hair Journey's LLC and Village Square, LLC. The 1,930 s/f salon is located at Village Sq., 1770 Central Ave., Colonie. Lerner and David Cohen of Capital Realty Management brokered a three-year lease between Avalon Kitchen, LLC and AM Offices, LLC. The 2,249 s/f facility is located at 1510 Central Ave., Colonie.
