Cornerstone Capital Realty sells Arnold Manor to Fairfield Properties

Fairfield Properties recently acquired Arnold Manor, a multi-family complex, from Cornerstone Capital Realty of Woodbury. Fairfield Arnold Manor at West Islip, a 12-unit multifamily apartment complex, is located at 1001 Montauk Hwy. According to Adam Magid and Jerry Mancini of Cornerstone Capital Realty, they "look forward to developing a solid relationship with Fairfield Properties."
