Cohen of Ashlind and Posillico of Alliance broker sale of 10,000 s/f

Robert Pastorelli of VIP Advertising, a printer of weekly advertising circulars has sold his 10,000 s/f facility located at 215 Oser Ave. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties acted as the broker on behalf of the seller. Cohen collaborated with Frank Posillico of Alliance Real Estate Corp Properties sold this facility to Ronnie Fregara of FG Westbury Management, LLC, a manufacturing company. Ashlind Properties, established in 1990 and headquartered in Hauppauge, is an independent, full-service commercial real estate firm that provides a high level of specialized industrial real estate brokerage.
