Hartman of Pliskin closes sale for Walgreens, secures 2 leases in New Hyde Park totaling 7,900 s/f

Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development recently closed on the sale of a commercial property previously occupied by a Shell Gas Station at 585 Uniondale Ave. which has been converted to a Walgreens. Hartman has handled other transactions on behalf of Walgreens including a 20-year ground lease for a 14,500 s/f store in Jamaica, N.Y. last year.
In addition to this property sale, Hartman also recently completed the following two new leases:
* 4,000 s/f at743 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, now being occupied by a Pet Menu store for which he represented both the tenant and landlord,
* 3,900 s/f at 900 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, now being occupied by North Shore Urgent Care and formerly a Blockbuster Video Store for which he represented the landlord and 2001 Realty represented the tenant.
