Hartman of Pliskin closes sale for Walgreens, secures 2 leases in New Hyde Park totaling 7,900 s/f

Hartman has handled other transactions on behalf of Walgreens including a 20-year ground lease for a 14,500 s/f store in Jamaica, N.Y. last year.
