Remember when? January 15, 1990

Ground was broken at one of Long Island's landmark office projects, The Pavilion in Mineola, located in Nassau County across from the court houses at 200 Old Country Rd. The project is being developed by Sheldon Streisand, FPC Corp., and Vincent Polimenti, Polimenti Enterprises, Inc. The two phase project will total 253,000 s/f.
