Del Guercio of Itzhaki brokers $5 million sale

Angelo Del Guercio of Itzhaki Properties closed the sale of 341 Lexington Ave. Located in Murray Hill, this 3,800 s/f, four-story, walk-up building consisting of ground floor retail and five apartments, sold for $5 million, a 4.4% cap with significant upside. Del Guercio, director of investment sales at Itzhaki, represented the seller and buyer of the property, both private investors.
