Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC has completed four sales totaling $36.05 million. The deals include the following:
* The $24 million sale of two contiguous six-story walk-up apartment buildings located at 75-83 Orchard St. Located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, the properties are comprised of 60 apartments and eight retail stores. The closing of title occurred within eight days. Friedman-Roth managing partners George Niblock and Eric Roth represented the buyer and seller.
* The $7.6 million off-market sale of two contiguous five story walk-up apartment buildings located at 311 and 313 West 47th St. Located between Eighth and Ninth Aves., the properties contain a total of 20 residential units and a combined total of 19,120 s/f. Niblock represented the buyer and seller.
* The $3.35 million sale of 22 Spring St. Located in the Nolita section of Manhattan between Mott and Elizabeth Sts., the five-story walk-up apartment building is comprised of 18 apartments that contain 9,310 s/f. This transaction was the first sale of the property since 1964. Niblock represented the buyer and seller.
* The $1.1 million sale of two contiguous Bronx walk-up apartment buildings located at 663-665 Dawson St. Located on the corner of Prospect Ave., the properties are comprised of 13 residential units and three retail stores. Niblock represented the buyer and seller.
