Famularo and Idnani of New York Commercial Real Estate Services handle 29,000 s/f

New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has completed the following transactions totaling 29,000 s/f: James Famularo of NYCRS exclusively represented the buyer, a private investor for the sale at 206 Spring St. Brad Mendelson and Alan Schmerzler of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller for the 15,000 s/f SoHo building. The asking price was $10 million. NYCRS completed a 10-year, 500 s/f retail lease at 1392 Madison Ave. Ravi Idnani exclusively represented the tenant, Jewelers on Madison and James Famularo represented the landlord, Sassouni Management. The space was on the market for $250 per s/f. NYCRS also completed a 1,200 s/f lease at 443 East 78th St. to B.Wellness Center. Idnani and Famularo exclusively represented the tenant. The deal was for a 5-year lease.The landlord was Icon Realty. In addition, the firm leased 800 s/f at 11 Park Place. Idnani and Famularo exclusively represented SWA Architecture and Michael Berger of Colliers International represented the landlord. Famularo and Idnani leased 10,000 s/f at 206 Spring St. which was the former restaurant space, Fiama, to a high end restaurant. The landlord was asking $200 per s/f for the space. Famularo signed a lease this week at 27 Prince. He exclusively represented the landlord and Aimee Claps, of Lansco represented Han Kjøbenhavn. The tenant took 1500 s/f on the ground floor and the lease term was 15 years. The landlord had been asking $150 per s/f.
