CBRE | Albany have brokered the following transactions:
* Dan Simpson, CCIM and Laurie Tylenda of CBRE sold 62 Hackett Blvd. This 14,400 s/f medical office building was sold by Hackett Properties, LLC for $1.109 million. Realty USA represented the buyer.
* Dan Davitt and Tom Savino of CBRE brokered the $550,000 sale of 3 Northway Ln., Colonie. The single story 9,487 s/f office/warehouse building was sold by Solat, LLC and purchased by Melrose Group, LLC. CBRE represented the seller and Conti Appraisal represented the buyer.
* Davitt brokered a lease of 1,395 s/f at 17 British American Blvd., Latham. Systems Maintenance Services Holdings Inc. leased space from B.A. Ventures, LLC.
* Craig Darby of CBRE brokered the $775,000 sale of 1150 Rte. 9 in the Saratoga County town of Moreau. This is a 7,472 s/f warehouse on 31 acres. The seller was Leroy Kubricky Trust and the buyer is KCWR Holdings LLC.
* Peter Redmond, SIOR of CBRE brokered a 10,400 s/f office/warehouse lease at 16 Hemlock St., Colonie. D&D Power, Inc. leased the space from TAB Associates, LP. CBRE represented the landlord and Crisafulli Associates represented the tenant.
* Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CBRE brokered a lease of 4,566 s/f of office space at 433 River St., Hedley Park Pl., Troy to Workforce Development Institute, Inc. The landlord is First Columbia 433 River Street LLC.
* John MacAffer of CBRE brokered a lease of 1,305 s/f of office space at 4 Automation Ln., Colonie. Brisk General Contracting leased the space from Computer Park Associates, Inc.
* John MacAffer brokered a lease of 4,500 s/f of retail space at 814 Hoosick Rd., Brunswick. Timothy Robinson leased the space from CS 5 LLC.
* Jonathan Elkind and Tom MacClarence of CBRE brokered the $1.325 million sale of 55 Commerce Ave. The 7.8 acre redevelopment site was purchased by Scannell Development Co. from HP Hood, LLC. NAI Platform represented the buyer.
* Simpson and Darby brokered a 2,000 s/f lease at 23 Executive Park Dr., Halfmoon. CBRE represented the tenant, Saratoga Academy, and Prudential Blake represented the landlord, WEDS, LLC.
* John MacAffer and John Tracy of CBRE brokered two leases at St. James Sq. in Niskayuna. 1,614 s/f was leased to Tropics Tanning Salon, LLC and Splash Nail Salon leased 1,800 s/f.
* John MacAffer and Jeff Sperry of CBRE brokered the $260,000 sale of 4507 State Rte. 30, Middleburgh, which is a 2,137 s/f former bank branch building on 1.25 acres. National Bank of Coxsackie purchased the property from Berkshire Bank.
* Darby and Davitt brokered a 3,700 s/f warehouse lease at 9 Morris Ln., Clifton Park. CBRE represented the tenant, Performance Contracting Inc.
* Simpson brokered the $125,000 sale of a 4,680 s/f retail building at 19-21 Church St. in Melrose. ERC Vommunity Warehouse purchased the property from Eleanor Messia. CBRE represented the seller, the purchaser was represented by Reynolds R.E.
* Savino brokered a 2,000 s/f lease of retail space at 4208 Jones Rd. (Rte. 50), Wilton to VinCourt LLC. CBRE represented the landlord, Stewarts Shop Corp.
* Simpson brokered a 3,364 s/f lease at 1462 Erie Blvd., Schenectady. CBRE represented the tenant, RSC, LLC, and Carrow Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Legere Properties.
* Tylenda brokered a 11,167 s/f lease at 455 Patroon Creek Blvd. CBRE represented the tenant, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, and Columbia Development represented the landlord, Columbia Harriman 455, LLC .
