Sherry Rivera of ENVIRRON works with building owners, property managers, and developers to implement options for benchmarking and energy conservation, alternative energy, and improved indoor air quality, resulting in a healthy building and a healthy bottom line. Very importantly she helps owners improve the value of their property and be better poised to attract tenants and command higher rents. She has been involved with LICN for many years as a director and currently chair of the LICN public relations committee.
