Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease for a storefront medical office for Dr. Maria Molina, a pediatrician who operates as First Steps Pediatrics. Dr. Molina leased 3,500 s/f of retail space at 705 E.180th St., a strip center in the Crotona Park section. The new office is expected to open Feb. 1, 2013. Spencer Cohen, a senior associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Crotona Center Corp., an affiliate of Procida Construction.
