Larry Socia, retail director from Sutton represented Consolidated Properties LLC the purchaser in the transaction, while Dominic Pavia, president of Pavia Real Estate Services represented the seller, Gouverneur Center Development LLC. The sale price is undisclosed. Gouverneur Center is anchored by Tractor Supply Company, Peebles and Family Dollar with Monro Muffler on a freestanding outparcel. Kinney Drugs utilizes rear space as warehouse for their corporate headquarters which are located directly across the highway from the shopping center. New ownership plans to enhance the property with exterior building & grounds renovations, retenanting and possible future expansion to accommodate additional tenants.
