According to Skyline Developers, since launching sales in October, its 39-unit Upper East Side condominium, 200 East 79th St., is 50% sold. Sales at the residential development, designed by architecture and interior design firm Cetra Ruddy, have exceeded expectations since the sales gallery opened.
"We are thrilled by the early success of 200 East 79th St.," said Orin Wilf, president of Skyline, which developed 170 East End Ave., an Upper East Side condominium development. "We are meeting the area's strong demand for large new homes that are in keeping with the neighborhood's aesthetic, and we anticipate that sales will remain strong."
Buyers can choose from three, four and five-bedroom layouts and five-bedroom penthouses, ranging from 1,920 to 5,100 s/f.
"Buyers and brokers are responding to our unique combination of classic design choices and layouts, coupled with first-class amenities and modern services," said Alexa Lambert, executive VP of Stribling Marketing Associates. "This building is a true standout in the market."
Crafted with an attention to detail to create a living environment, the homes feature large architecturally-proportioned windows which maximize the flow of natural light into each residence. The residential layouts include grand entertainment spaces, eat-in kitchens, dining rooms, family rooms, laundry rooms and generous closet and storage space.
Amenities at 200 East 79th St. include a fitness center, a gymnasium with an all-purpose court with adjustable basketball hoop, ping pong, ballet barre and yoga area, as well as a residents' lounge opening to a landscaped terrace with private seating areas and an overhead landscaped pergola.
