Adams of NAI Summit reps buyer in $1.065 million sale of Yorie Tile & Terrazzo

Michael Adams of NAI Summit represented the buyer, Yorie Tile & Terrazzo Inc, and the seller, D & D Property Management, in the $1.065 million sale of a 13,000 s/f building on Schantz Rd. The buyer plans to manufacture terrazzo and tile for the commercial building industry.
