Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC represented the tenant, Hionas Art Gallery, in a 10-year, 1,000 s/f lease at 124 Forsyth Store South. Edmund Yao represented the landlord. TriBeCa based Hionas Gallery is opening its 2nd location in the Lower East Side.
