NAI Friedland retail div. completes 5,504 s/f

According to NAI Friedland, its retail division closed two transactions recently. The combined deals represent 5,504 s/f.
Lease of 2,774 s/f at 2455 Central Park Ave. Retail specialist Lou Klein represented the landlord, LCJD Realty, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, tenant.
Lease of 2,730 s/f at 2901 White Plains Rd., Bronx. Sales representative Steve Kaufman and executive vice president Steve Lorenzo, represented the landlord, Daleber LLC and Allerton Glass Co., tenant.
