SCG brokered a 3,000 s/f lease for Sushi Shop at 31 West 52nd St. The 15-year lease was just signed and the restaurant will open early next year. SCG secured a 1,000 s/f lease for Dannijo at 27 Prince St. in SoHo. This marks one of the first retail locations for the wholesale jeweler. Founded by two sisters, Danielle and Jody Snyder, Dannijo was represented by de Soultrait.
SCG has completed the signing of a 600 s/f lease for Jeremy Argyle at 321 Bleecker between Christopher and Grove. de Soultrait of SCG Retail represented the sublessor, Manoucher Hedvat. Although certain parts of Bleecker command $600 s/f, the 300 block is between $300-400 per s/f. "There's certainly opportunity here," said de Soultrait, "and the tenant list is growing: Wink, Jeremy Argyle and Saint James add prestige and interest to the block." 321 Bleecker marks Jeremy Argyle's second location. Their first store opened in SoHo in 2009.
