Curley of Cresa Albany reps Upstate Urology in 2,000 s/f lease renewal

Upstate Urology, established by Dr. James Barada, has renewed its lease for 2,000 s/f at 1365 Washington Ave. Tara Curley of Cresa Albany acted as tenant representative. The landlord, HTA - Washington Medical Arts I, was represented by BBL Management Group, who also managed the design and construction of tenant improvements. Cresa explored all purchase and leasing options before negotiating a lease that in year one alone saved the client $14,000 in occupancy costs.
