Jeremy Hackett and Andrew Blumenthal of Metro Realty Services, LLC, a Farmingdale-based commercial real estate firm, closed on the sale of a 28,000 s/f industrial building at 195 Oval Dr. to Airgas, a national distribution company.
Hackett and Blumenthal represented the buyer and seller.
