Island Associates has leased 2,809 s/f to Insurance Services Inc. for long term lease at 490 Wheeler Rd. Island Associates exclusively represented the owners at the 52,000 s/f office building north of Long Island Exwy. In another transaction at 490 Wheeler Rd., Island Associates leased 2,000 s/f to Forte Properties. Forte are construction managers and landlords.
