"The Anonymous CEO Report" is now available

According to "The Anonymous CEO Report," a recent survey by the New York Enterprise Report, business leaders recognize where their leadership skills are lacking. In responding to the survey question, "What aspect of your leadership skills do you believe could use the most work?" 24% of business leaders cited strategic planning and 24% cited delegating. Jerry Siegel, president of JASB Management Inc. and co-president of the Organizational Dev. Network of L.I., said many executives become leaders without any training in key aspects of leadership including these two areas.
