Linda McShane and Christopher Clark of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the sale of the light manufacturing and warehouse building located at 22476 Fisher Rd. representing the seller McGrann Paper.   The property was sold to Timeless Frames, a designer and manufacturer of picture frames, which has seen significant growth and is currently on of the largest employers in the area. The 81,326 s/f building sold for $1.725 million.
