Island Associates (www.islandassociates.com) represented CVS in their expansion of an existing 14,000 s/f store with a drive-thru located at the intersection of the northwestern corner of Carleton Ave. and Montauk Hwy. Roger Delisle of Island Assocs. represented CVS in the transaction while Brody Realty represented the landlord. The site offers a traffic light with full access off Carleton Ave. and Montauk Hwy., and unobstructed turning lanes.
