Or concentrates her practice on tax, real estate and partnership issues. She represents equity investors, developers and syndicators, involved in the development of housing developments intended to qualify for federal and state low-income housing tax credits, federal and state historic rehabilitation credits and renewable energy credits. Or structures transactions involving real estate issues, partnership tax issues, and multiple layers of financing, including HOPE VI funds and tax-exempt bonds, as well as various other forms of federally and state-regulated financing and subsidies.
A member of the Women's Bar Association, Or earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint Anselm College.
