The Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold "Ethics for the Real Estate Manager" on Oct. 23rd. This course addresses ethical dilemmas commonly faced by today's real estate managers and teaches strategies for resolving ethical dilemmas. The course will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at RY Management, 1618 Third Ave. The cost to attend is $175 for premier members; $200 classic members and $220 non-members. The chapter will also hold "Successful Site Management" on November 26-28 and December 3-5. Immerse yourself in this course covering residential site management from A to Z, including enhanced content to address the unique needs of affordable housing and student housing. Those who successfully complete this course will be awarded the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM. In addition, this course is approved in New York State for 22.5 continuing education credit hours.
