Long Island City, NY The Greater New York chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold the installation of their 2013 officers on Thursday, November 15th. Special Recognition Awards will be presented to: * Certified Property Manager of the Year: Hector Pinero, CPM, senior VP, Related Management Co. * Real Estate Person of the Year: Bob Friedrich, founder & president, Presidents Co-op & Condo Council, and president of Glen Oaks Village.
