The Upstate New York CCIM Chapter will hold its 3rd Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast on October 23rd. Find out what's happening in the commercial and investment real estate markets and what to expect in the next year from commercial real estate experts. A panel of seasoned commercial real estate professionals will discuss the current commercial real estate market conditions and forecast where the markets will be one year from now. The panelist will forecast commercial financing, retail properties, office properties, apartments, and other real estate investments. This year's panelists are: Tim Conley, CRESA Albany; Marc Goldstein, Columbia Development Companies; Steve Gross, Key Bank; Lee Carman, Kinderhook Bank; Kevin Bette, First Columbia, and Eileen Lindburg, CBRE, Albany.
