Zimmerman of Barcel Group arranges $1.37 million sale

Barcel Group has brokered the sale of 160 W 141st St. for $1.37 million. The five-story building has 14 apartments and is fully tax abated for the next six years. The deal traded at 8.5 times the rent roll, with a capitalization rate north of 8%. Bart Zimmermann of Barcel represented both parties in the transaction.
