Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap along with Richard Geisenfeld of Capital Commercial Partners have brokered the $2.342 million sale of an Advance Auto. The 6,124 s/f single tenant property is located at 860 West Bay Ave. Advance Auto has a 15-year lease with three five-year options. Horvath and Tremblay procured the buyer, R&R Barnegat LLC. Geisenfeld represented the seller, Primax Properties LLC.
