Itzhaki Properties sells 52,200 s/f, 6-floor elevator building in Brooklyn: $6.9 million

According to Itzhaki Properties, the firm has recently completed the sales of two buildings: 3094 Brighton 5th St. and 124 6th Ave. in Manhattan. 3094 Brighton 5th St. was sold for $6.9 million. This apartment building is located in the Brighton Beach neighborhood of the borough. Built 100' x 87', this 6 floor elevator building covers 52,200 s/f and consists of 43 separate units, each one selling for $160,000 per unit. The high unit price reflects the special upside the local investor was looking for which Itzhaki was able to locate and deliver. The triangular lot size is 196' x 51' and totals 23,842 buildable s/f. Itzhaki represented the seller and the buyer, a local investor, in the transaction.
