CPEX sells 8,000 s/f former N.J. restaurant building for $1.6 million

The N.J. office of CPEX Real Estate has arranged the sale of the former "Mama Mexico" restaurant building located at 464 Sylvan Ave. The property had undergone a $2 million renovation in 2006 and has a plot size of 13,815 s/f, with a two-story and basement building totaling 8,000 s/f. The sales price was $1.6 million. CPEX represented the seller and procured the purchaser as well.
