Stein, Leshowitz and Stracci of NKF represent Savanna in 4,200 s/f lease

Savanna has signed a new 4,200 s/f lease at 80 Broad St. to Idea Solutions, Inc., a worldwide global technology and business services firm. The tenant will occupy a portion of the 12th floor for an eight-year term. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while David Youngworth of Redwood Property Group represented the tenant.
