Jacobov, Paneth and Babo of GFI sell 15,506 s/f building for $9.45 million

GFI Realty Services, Inc. has completed the sale of 750 10th Ave., an early 1900s mixed-use walk-up, corner apartment building. The Midtown West property sold for $9.45 million. The five-story walk-up consists of 20 apartments and four stores totaling 15,506 s/f. Barak Jacobov, a sales associate at GFI, and Shulem Paneth, an associate broker at GFI, represented the seller Ohad Babo, a sales associate at GFI, represented the buyer, a local investor.
"The N.Y.C. real estate market is heating up and the seller felt this was the right time to strike and put the property on the market," said Jacobov. "He was very satisfied with the competitive price point for which his property was traded."
