Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group completes $1.4 million acquisition of 21-unit North Bronx building

According to Nathan Blatter ([email protected]) of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc., the company completed the purchase of a 21-unit building in an all-cash deal. The building was mostly vacant and closed within 20 days of signing the contract. Blatter said the building was purchased so it can be used as a homeless shelter. The price was $1.4 million. Whitestone is looking to purchase additional off-market multifamily properties occupied or vacant located in the five boroughs.
