Pyramid Brokerage Co. (PBC) has completed two sales: 125 Taylor was sold by an estate to Buffalo Materials Handling. The sale price was $528,000. It was previously owned and used by the Flasher Handling Co., a fabricator of flashing road signs. Most recently it was leased long term to United Rentals. David Schiller SIOR, associate broker at PBC, marketed the building for sale. The purchaser is an entity associated with Buffalo Materials Handling, represented by Alan Hastings of Hastings Cohn Real Estate. 100 Ridge Rd. in Lackawanna was sold for $280,000. PCB, who moved its operation to 3377 Walden, previously occupied the 22,000 s/f property. The property was marketed for the seller, LCDC, by Ed Mills SIOR for Militello Realty. Schiller represented the buyer, Brunner Enterprises.
