Ariel Property Advisors has brokered the sale of three properties in upper Manhattan and Yonkers totaling $2.91 million. The deals included:
* Central Harlem: A five-story, mixed-use property at 2272 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. traded for $1.2 million. The 6,355 s/f, destabilized building located between 132nd and 133rd Sts. consists of a ground floor retail unit and four, four-bedroom units. Ariel brokers Victor Sozio and Jesse Deutch were the exclusive agents for the seller, a real estate investment group. Joseph Aizer of Aizer Realty represented the real estate investors that bought the property.
* Washington Heights: A four-story townhouse at 505 West 173rd St. near Columbia Medical Center traded for $700,000. The 3,816 s/f building features four, floor-through apartments. Ariel brokers Sozio, Deutch, and Michael Tortorici were the exclusive agents for the buyer and seller.
* Yonkers: A 6,175 s/f lot that houses a 4,425 s/f commercial building at 796-800 Yonkers Ave. traded for $1.01 million. Located across the street from the newly developed Yonkers Raceway and Empire City Casino, the property features four retail units with basements. Ariel brokers Scot Hirschfield and Sozio were the exclusive agents for the seller, a private investor. Robin Herko and David Scotto of NAI Friedland represented the buyer, a private investor.
