Zar Property NY brokers 35,000 s/f retail condo sale

Zar Property NY has closed on the off-market acquisition of 105-113 Wooster St. in SoHo. The 35,000 s/f retail condo consists of four full floors and fully leased to Room & Board, a Minnesota-based home furnishings company with 14 locations and in business for 30 years. The space features 100 ft. of frontage along Wooster St. between Prince St. and Spring St. and is surrounded by retailers such as Chanel, Barneys Co-Op & Tiffanys who is scheduled to open across the street later this year. The sales price was not disclosed. "This asset features prime frontage and visibility, as well as long-term potential," said Dario Zar, managing member at Zar Property NY. "SoHo continues to attract national and international brands seeking flagship opportunities." Retail rents continue to skyrocket in the heart of SoHo, with rents along Wooster and Greene streets approaching $300/SF and $650 per s/f just half a block away on Prince St.
