Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group arranges $7 million Bronx sale

Nathan Blatter president of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc. has brokered the $7 million sale of 821 Lydig Ave. The building is a 62-unit elevator building. The owners purchased the property because of its location and they had a 1031 exchange.
