Pyramid Brokerage Co. has completed the following transactions:
Empire Recycling Utica recently purchased the 75,000 ± SF industrial manufacturing facility located at 301 Pear St. Railstar Corp. sold the property, situated on 14.82 acres for $500,000. Christopher Clark of Pyramid brokered this sale transaction.
A 15,000 s/f industrial warehouse located at 6017 Tarbell Rd. in Syracuse was recently sold. Richard Sapia purchased the building from Alliance Bank for $325,000. John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Bill Evertz of Pyramid represented the seller and JF Real Estate represented the buyer in this sale transaction.
The former DHL building located at 6800 Northern Blvd. in East Syracuse was recently sold. ServPro, a fire and water cleanup and restoration company, purchased the 29,583 s/f property from CW Capital Asset Management $825,000. Gary Cottet and Bill Colucci of Pyramid represented the landlord in association with JF Real Estate representing the buyer in this sale transaction.
A 12,934 s/f professional office building located at 913 Old Liverpool Rd. in Liverpool was recently sold. Drs. James Richardson and Tracy Williams purchased the property from HUB Properties Trust. Lee Salvetti of Pyramid represented the buyer and COR Development represented the seller in this sale transaction.
ADP recently leased 21,696 s/f at the First Republic office building located at 445 Electronics Pwy. in Liverpool. Jon Sayre of Pyramid in association with Jones Lang LaSalle brokered this lease transaction.
The former Stroehman's Bakery outlet store, located at 865 South Bay Rd., was recently purchased. Eric Edelman purchased the 5,735 s/f property for $148,500 with plans to renovate it for a hair salon. Cottet represented the buyer and Colucci.
