Find out at the Building Owners & Managers Association of New York's (BOMA/NY's) Annual Conference on Thursday, October 18th, held from 8 to 10 a.m. at Club 101 at 101 Park Ave. and hosted by Michael Stoler of The Stoler Report and WINS commentator. Peter Corrigan, LEED AP O+M, associate vice president of Cassidy Turley New York, Inc. will tackle the management challenges of doing more with less, the opportunities to deliver real savings (including thorough contract rebidding and creatively re-thinking operations) and how to deal with capital improvement implementation delays.
